Welcome to FixedFlow (fixedflow.in). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website and your purchase of products from our store. By browsing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

In these Terms, "We," "Us," and "Our" refer to FixedFlow, and "You" refers to the customer or website visitor. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our website or Services.

1. Eligibility

By using this website, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old, or are using the website under the supervision and consent of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms on your behalf
  • You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable Indian laws
  • All information you provide to us is accurate and complete

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason, at any time.

2. Our Products

FixedFlow sells made-to-order apparel and lifestyle products. Each item is printed and produced only after you place your order.

  • Product images are representative. Actual products may vary slightly in colour from what you see on screen, as displays render colours in RGB while printing uses CMYK inks. Minor variations are normal and are not considered defects.
  • Sizing follows the size chart published on each product page, with a standard manufacturing tolerance of ±0.5 inches.
  • We may modify, discontinue, or update products at any time without notice.

3. Orders

  • Order confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed. This confirms receipt of your order, not acceptance — we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order (e.g., payment failure, suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock/production issues). If we cancel a paid order, you will receive a full refund.
  • Order changes and cancellations: Because products go into production shortly after ordering, changes or cancellations are only possible before production begins. Contact us at support@fixedflow.in immediately if you need to change or cancel. Once an order is in production, it cannot be modified or cancelled.
  • Order accuracy: You are responsible for providing correct details at checkout — product, size, quantity, shipping address, pincode, phone number, and email. We are not responsible for orders lost or misdirected due to incorrect information provided by you, and reshipping such orders will incur additional charges.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
  • We accept payments via Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, Wallets, and Cash on Delivery (where available).
  • Prepaid orders are processed only after successful payment. For COD orders, please keep the exact amount ready at delivery — repeated failed COD deliveries may result in COD being disabled for your account.
  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Price changes do not affect orders already placed.
  • In the rare event of a pricing or listing error, we may cancel the affected order and issue a full refund.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship across India through third-party courier partners. Estimated delivery timelines are indicative and typically range from 2–9 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and shipping mode.
  • Production time of 1–5 business days applies before dispatch, as every product is made to order.
  • You will receive tracking details once your order is shipped. Tracking updates depend on the courier partner and may occasionally be delayed.
  • We are not liable for delivery delays caused by courier partners, weather, natural disasters, strikes, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
  • If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address, unreachable phone number, or refusal to accept, the order will be returned to our fulfilment centre. Reshipping in such cases is at your expense. See our Return & Refund Policy for details.

6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Our full Return & Refund Policy forms part of these Terms. In summary:

  • Made-to-order products are not eligible for returns or exchanges for reasons such as wrong size selection or change of mind
  • Damaged, defective, or misprinted products are eligible for a free replacement or refund if reported within 7 days of delivery with an unboxing video and photos
  • Orders confirmed lost in transit are reshipped or refunded in full
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including designs, artwork, product images, logos, text, and graphics — is the property of FixedFlow or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any content on this website without our prior written permission. Purchasing a product grants you ownership of that physical item only, not any rights to the underlying designs.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use this website for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, servers, or other users' data
  • Introduce viruses, malware, or any harmful code
  • Scrape, copy, or republish website content without permission
  • Place fraudulent orders or abuse our returns/refund process

We reserve the right to block access and cancel orders of any user violating these Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • We do not guarantee that the website will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure at all times.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, FixedFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or purchase of products.
  • Our total liability for any claim related to an order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that specific order.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold FixedFlow, its owners, and partners harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or legal expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the website.

11. Privacy

Your use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our Services, you consent to such collection and use.

12. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failure to fulfill orders due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, courier disruptions, government actions, or technical failures.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect once posted on this page, and your continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
